Every aspiring chef needs their "go to" knife.  Standard chef is made with 3/32" 52100 Hi Carbon cutlery steel. An 8"x 1-1/2" blade, full flat grind with hammered flats near the spine and sharpened to a razors edge. This steel stays sharp and is easily touched up with a knife steel.  Handle is 5". Your choice of handle material. If you would like stainless or damascus steel, please select that option when placing this order.
